Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Customer service is important. It’s especially important when you are buying (adorable) new clothing for your littles so it make sense Linc and Cole offers an excellent refund and exchange program for those who need it.

Think you might need a refund or an exchange?

No worries! We’ve made it easy for you and by purchasing a product from us, it means you’ve agrees to these terms and conditions, so you know exactly what to do in the (unlikely) case you need to make a request. Simply send us a message within 14 days of receiving your order detailing whether you’d like a refund or exchange and why. All requests will be personally evaluated by me (Porsha!) and, if granted, are contingent upon the clothing being returned in the same condition (and packaging) as when they left the studio.

This means clothing that has been worn, washed, or otherwise altered by a customer cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns or refunds are only granted if the clothing is safely returned to Linc and Cole.
